These exercises have a progression through the program where the reps will decrease; with the expectation that the weight load will increase. This will create more muscular tension and promote greater muscular strength to complement and enhance your muscle development throughout the program. Keep in mind that your goals will not happen overnight, but they will come to existence with your patience and persistence.
